This is a replacement back case for the iPad 3rd Gen. All Wi-Fi model cases are interchangeable on a Wi-Fi only model iPad 3rd Gen. All 4G model cases are interchangeable on 4G model iPad 3rd Gens. The only difference would be the imprinted size.
